Mrs. Ursula N. Jeddy is the Honorary Chief Executive Officer. Mrs. Jeddy is M.A Psychology, (1st Class 1st) from the University of the Punjab. She Proceeded to USA on a fullbright scholarship and obtained a degree in Clinical Psychology. She joined Mayo Hospital, Lahore where she was Chief Clinical Psychologist. In 1996, she joined the Trust as a Director and established this Institute. She was made CEO of the Trust on the demise of her husband Maj. Muhammad Salahudin Jeddy, who serve the trust for more then two decades.

MBA Finance, M.A Economics, B.Com. (Hailey College of Commerce) University topper in Cost Accounting subject, awarded cash scholarship. He Joined AJBTrust in 2002 as Manager Accounts & Administration, undertook the accounting system of the Trust and updated in accordance with best approved accounting standards. He was promoted to General Manager of the Trust in 2016, attended many seminars related to prevailing rules and regulations & revised many policy matters according to certifying agencies and authorities. In 2017 appointed as Chief Financial Officer, improved Internal Audit system of the Trust and financial reporting as per the guidelines issued by ICAP for the NPOs and presently working on the same capacity.
